Failure is a begining not an end.

While I point these words from the basketball legend Michael Jordan to aspiring entrepreneurs. We should all take note.

"I've missed more that 9000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times I've been trusted to take the game willing shot and missed. I've failed over and over again in my life, and that is why I succeed."

The lesson in Jordan's words is simple but profound. It is the strength of our self belief, our commitment to our vision that influences how we deal with failure and it is how we deal with failure that ultimately determines the degree of our success.

Failure is transitionary, but when failure is allowed to undermine self confidence, suppressing the desire to continue, then it is terminal.
